Um pouco sobre mim:

Calmo, excessivamente auto-confiante, orgulhoso e infantil. Durmo bastante. Gosto de vários tipos de música. Me distraio vendo as pessoas se divertindo ou passeando. Insensível frequentemente. Despreocupado e distraído. Quando algo me surpreende, me sinto vivo. Adoro tudo relacionado à Administração. Gosto de alguns mangás e animes. Filmes também me servem pra passar o tempo, principalmente os de suspense sobrenatural (meu gênero predileto).

"Management is about human beings. Its task is to make people capable of joint performance, to make their strengths effective and their weaknesses irrelevant. This is what organization is all about, and it is the reason that management is the critical determining factor." (Peter Drucker)

"Emptiness the starting point. — In order to taste my cup of water you must first empty your cup. My friend, drop all your preconceived and fixed ideas and be neutral. Do you know why this cup is useful? Because it is empty." (Bruce Lee)

Be the force with you.

Juvenile student at Sarayashiki Junoir High, Yusuke Urameshi is quick tempered, rude, ill-mannered, and an all around thug. However, despite his tough guy persona, Yusuke is a good person who cares about those around him, even if he never acts that way. He is tragically killed when saving a little boy from getting hit by a car, only to find out that his death was unplanned and meaningless (as the boy was to survive without a scratch, saved by the ball he was holding). To fix the mistake, Yusuke is given a chance to return to life by undergoing a trial that will restore his life or destroy it permanently. Of course, being the main character, Yusuke does succeed in the trial and comes back to life, only to be given the job of spirit detective of the human realm. Armed with a few spirit items and his Spirit Gun, Yusuke must maintain peace in the human realm and arrest the demons who threaten it.

Best Friends

If so powerful you are, why leave?

Urameshi Yusuke is the main character of the series Yu Yu Hakusho. He is a 14 year old handsome juvenile deliquent with some awesome fighting ability. At first impression, Yusuke seems a bad character. He's the anti-hero, the anti-social, he's brash, loud, impatient, reckless, crude, violent, a bad student and gets to fights a lot. In the manga, Yusuke smokes and likes drinking, gambling and shoplifting. People feared him because of his hot-tempered personality and incredible fighting tactics. He had never yet lost a fight to anyone who challenges him. However, Yusuke is just being misunderstood. His life seems, well, actually kinda tragic - here's a youth with no social life, who hardly had friends growing up, who lives with a young single alcoholic mother - no wonder he got bad attitude problems. Underneath all that tough-guy attitude, Yusuke is a nice young guy with a pure heart. When Yusuke died saving the kid's life from an automobile accident, no one expected him to leap in front of the car and sacrifice his life for someone. Not even the Spirit World has anticipated his heroic action. From there point on, things started to take off for our anti-hero. He met Botan, a cheerful guide of Sanzu no Kawa ( Sanzu River/River Styx ), who told him his death was an utterly waste. But since his death wasn't supposed to happen, he is given a second chance at life. He come to realize his importance as he was moved by his loved ones' reactions to his sudden death - enough for him to take the chance to be with them again. Yusuke didn't only comes back to life, he returns with some serious power! The Spirit World has just appointed and employed Yusuke as a Reikai Tantei (Spirit Realm Detective) and in return, he was granted with great spiritual powers!
